- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Once authorized, return instructions and an RMA number will be sent to you.
4. Package the item securely and use a trackable shipping method.

3. Return Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide a description and photo(s) of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
